^{Ndax OTC offers a referral program under which a referring individual may receive a $500 referral benefit if a referred individual opens a Ndax account and completes a qualifying OTC trade of CAD $25,000 or more on or before June 4, 2026. The referral benefit is paid by Ndax and does not affect trade pricing or execution.}
