How do I deposit Canadian dollars to Ndax via Interac e-Transfer?
Before funding your Ndax account via Interac e-Transfer, please note that:
- You must include your unique message code in the comment/message/note section of your e-Transfer. This unique message code allows our system to match your e-Transfer to your Ndax account.
- If your bank has a character limit for the comment/message/note section of the e-Transfer, enter as many characters of your unique code as your bank allows. For example, Desjardins allows a maximum of 10 alphanumeric characters, so enter the first 10 characters of your code.
- Tip: Copy and paste your unique message code to avoid errors caused by mistyping it.
- Ndax cannot accept third-party deposits where the sender’s name does not match the name on the Ndax account without additional clarification. e-Transfers sent from a bank account where the sender’s name does not match what we have no file will require manual approval and may be rejected.
- To deposit funds from a business/corporate bank account, you must set up a business account with Ndax. Please e-mail [email protected] to open a business account.
- If yIf you are sending an e-Transfer from a joint bank account,funding may be delayed until proof of joining ownership is provided. This is because the sender name may appear under the other joint account holder’s name, which can trigger manual approval due to name discrepancies.
- Ndax has auto-deposit enabled for Interac e-Transfers. You do not need to enter a security question and answer if your bank does not require it.
