How to deposit CAD or USD by wire transfer
Before you begin
To deposit Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD) by wire transfer, copy Ndax's wire details from your account, send the wire from a Canadian bank with your unique message code, then upload your wire receipt. Wires usually arrive within 0 to 1 business day. Ndax doesn't charge a fee.
Important
Include your unique message code exactly as shown in your wire instructions. It's how Ndax identifies your wire and credits it to your account.
Important
Ndax only accepts wires from banks in Canada. Wires from banks outside Canada are rejected, and Ndax can't refund fees charged by your bank or other banks, such as wire recall or intermediary bank fees.
- Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) and make sure your account is verified. You need both to deposit and to upload a wire receipt.
- Send from a bank account in your name. The name on the bank account must match the name on your Ndax account. See Can I deposit from a joint, business, or someone else's account?
- Note your bank's fee. When you upload your receipt, you'll enter the exact amount you sent, minus any fee your bank charged.
