How to turn off Auto Earn

• Turning off Auto Earn applies to all your assets. It isn't possible to turn it off for just one asset.
• Rewards stop for all enrolled assets. Rewards received up to that point are paid on the next Monday.
• Your enrolled crypto is returned to your wallet right away. In rare cases, it may take longer.
• Any releases already in progress will finish as normal. They show under Releasing Assets until complete. 

On the Ndax website

1. Log in at ndax.io. Your dashboard opens.
2. In the left-hand menu, select Auto Earn.
3. Select Disable Auto Earn.
4. Review the acknowledgement, then select Confirm.

On the Ndax app

1. Log in to the Ndax app.
2. Tap the Quick-Action button in the bottom navigation bar, or go to Settings.
3. Tap Auto Earn.
4. Tap Disable Auto Earn.
5. Review the acknowledgement, then tap Confirm.  

Auto Earn is now off. New eligible crypto you buy or deposit won't be enrolled, and you can turn Auto Earn back on at any time.
