How to turn on Auto Earn

• Complete the staking questionnaire first. You need to complete it before you're eligible to use Auto Earn. You can start it from the Auto Earn dashboard.
• Auto Earn includes all your eligible assets. It isn't possible to leave out a specific asset, so if you'd prefer to keep one out, you can leave Auto Earn off.
• Enrollment happens once a day at 7:00 AM UTC. Your assets are enrolled at the next sweep after you turn on Auto Earn, which can take up to about 24 hours.
• New crypto is enrolled automatically. While Auto Earn is on, eligible crypto you buy or deposit is enrolled at the next sweep. Crypto you've already staked in Ndax Staking isn't enrolled.
• Fees apply only to rewards. An administration fee applies only to rewards received through Auto Earn, never to your enrolled crypto. Advertised rates are shown before the fee, so the rewards you receive will be lower than the advertised rate. Reward rates, payout frequency, and any lock-up or unbonding terms are shown before you participate.  

On the Ndax website

1. Log in at ndax.io. Your dashboard opens.
2. In the left-hand menu, select Auto Earn.
3. Select Enable Auto Earn.
4. Read the Auto Earn – Opt-In Disclosure. Scroll to the end, then select Agree and Continue.
5. Read the risk acknowledgement and confirm that you understand it. It says: "Participating in Auto Earn is not risk-free. Your crypto may be subject to delays if liquidity is limited, even under our Auto Earn program. Rewards may change over time and past returns do not predict future outcomes."

Auto Earn is now on. Your eligible assets show Pending Enrollment until the next enrollment sweep. 

On the Ndax app

1. Log in to the Ndax app.
2. Tap the Quick-Action button in the bottom navigation bar, or go to Settings.
3. Tap Auto Earn.
4. Tap Enable Auto Earn.
5. Read the Auto Earn – Opt-In Disclosure. Scroll to the end, then tap Agree and Continue.
6. Read the risk acknowledgement and confirm that you understand it.

Auto Earn is now on. Your eligible assets show Pending Enrollment until the next enrollment sweep. 

Here's what to expect after you turn on Auto Earn:

• At the next 7:00 AM UTC sweep, Ndax enrolls your eligible assets and they begin receiving rewards.
• Rewards are paid every Monday at 12:00 AM UTC.
• You can see enrolled balances and upcoming rewards on the Auto Earn page. 

My assets still show Pending Enrollment. This is normal. Enrollment happens once a day at 7:00 AM UTC. If you turned on Auto Earn after the sweep, your assets are enrolled the next day.

One of my assets wasn't enrolled. Check that it's on the eligible list. An asset also won't be enrolled if you've staked it in Ndax Staking, if it has a release in progress, or if it's within its 24-hour grace period after a release.
