How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your account and data, email the Ndax support team at [email protected]. Include your account email and a brief note that you'd like your account and data deleted. The support team will guide you through the rest of the process.
Deletion Timeline
Your data deletion timeline is subject to your account's transaction history:
- No Transaction history: Your information will be deleted within 30 days of request.
- Has Transactions history: Data is retained for seven years after account closure in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Exceptions to Deletion
In some cases, Ndax may be required to retain your data beyond the standard timeline due to ongoing investigations, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements.
📝 Note: Your email address will be kept on file even after your account has been deleted.
What Data Ndax Holds
The personal information Ndax collects and may retain includes: name, email address, password, username, address, date of birth, phone number, financial information, government-issued photo ID, transaction history, IP records, cookie data, and communications between you and Ndax.
