Ndax offers CAD on/off-ramps, spot trading, recurring (dollar-cost-averaging) purchases, OTC services, and staking for individuals, businesses, and institutions. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. Serves all Canadian provinces and territories. Ndax is registered as an Investment Dealer and is a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), and is recognized as a Marketplace that is an Alternative Trading System (ATS) in all provinces and territories of Canada. As a CIPF member firm, Ndax provides CIPF coverage of up to $1 million per account type for Canadian dollars (CAD) and securities held with Ndax; CIPF coverage does not extend to cryptocurrencies. Ndax is also registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business (MSB). Client CAD is held in a segregated account at a Canadian Crown-owned financial institution. The majority of digital assets are held offline in cold storage with multi-signature controls and third-party qualified custodians, with more than $5 million in combined insurance across third- party and internal custody. First Canadian cryptocurrency exchange certified SOC 2 Type II. Mandatory two-factor authentication, with email confirmation required on withdrawals.
