Missing referral or reward: what to do
Common reasons
If a referral isn't showing or a reward hasn't been paid, the most common reasons are that your friend didn't sign up with your link, hasn't verified their account or made the minimum deposit yet, or qualified less than 30 days ago. If none of these apply, contact Ndax support.
| Reason | What to know |
| Your friend didn't use your link | Referrals are only linked to you when your friend signs up with your affiliate link. They can't be added afterwards, so there's nothing support can do in this case. |
| Your friend hasn't qualified yet | They need to verify their account within 30 days and deposit at least $100 CAD. |
| It's been less than 30 days | Rewards are paid within 30 days of your friend qualifying. |
| Your friend already had an account | People with an existing Ndax account, including under another email, can't be referred. |
Questions about your tier or payout
If you think there's a mistake with your reward or tier, email [email protected]. Include your name, your friend's name or email, and the date they signed up. You may be asked for more information. Ndax makes the final decision on rewards and tiers.
