Affiliate program rules

This is a plain-language summary of the Ndax affiliate program rules. The full terms and conditions are at ndax.io/earn-crypto and apply if there's any difference. 

Who you can refer 

• People who don't already have an Ndax account.
• You can't refer someone who has an account under another email address, or refer yourself. 

Everyone starts at the Affiliate tier. You move up to Ambassador or Partner as your qualified referrals grow. Your tier is based on your monthly rolling average of qualified referrals, which updates every day. 

You may share your affiliate link through lawful channels, including email, text, QR code, social media or websites. 
When promoting Ndax, you must not:

• Provide investment, financial, legal, tax or other advice.
• Promise profits, returns, or future performance.
• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Represent yourself as an employee, agent, or spokesperson of Ndax.

Ndax may suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these requirements or otherwise misuse the program. 

If Ndax decides the program has been abused, it can cancel referral rewards and your affiliate link, and both you and your referral may be excluded from current and future promotions. 

Special offers may have different conditions, which will be stated in the offer. Ndax can change or end the program at any time without notice, including tiers, rewards, currency, and eligibility.
