Switzerland stock exchange SIX lists cryptocurrency ETP

A cryptocurrency product has been added to the fourth largest stock exchange in Europe, Swiss stock exchange SIX.

Listed as an Exchange Traded Product (or ETP) the Amun Crypto Basket Index (ticker: HODL5) gives institutional and retail investors easy exposure to cryptocurrency without the hassle of dealing with the actual custody of the crypto assets.

The ETP is run by Amun Crypto, a fintech company based in London, and tracks an index based on the top five leading cryptocurrencies – Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, and Litecoin. The majority of the product will be invested into Bitcoin at 48%.

This is yet another example of the development of the crypto asset class moving forward.
