These Official Terms and Conditions (the “Official Rules”) govern the Ndax Ice Playoffs promotion (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, each entrant (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Ndax Inc. (“Sponsor”, “Ndax”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored and administered by Ndax Inc.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, or any of their respective affiliates, successors, or assigns (collectively, the “NHL Entities”), or by any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

a. are legal residents of Canada;
b. have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence; and
c. hold a verified Ndax account in order to claim a prize.

Participants who have not completed identity verification may participate in the Contest for entertainment purposes only, but will not be eligible to receive any prize unless and until they satisfy all verification requirements and are otherwise eligible under these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Ndax, the NHL Entities, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on April 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on the final day of the 2026 Stanley Cup Final (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is scheduled to end on June 21, 2026, subject to change based on the outcome and scheduling of the applicable playoff rounds.

For the purposes of prize administration, the Contest Period is divided into the following stages (each, a “Round”):

a.Round 1 – the first round of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs;
b. Round 2 – the second round of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs;
c. Conference Finals – the Conference Finals of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs; and
d. Final – the 2026 Stanley Cup Final.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the start date, end date, Round definitions, or timing of any Round to reflect operational, technical, legal, or scheduling requirements, including changes to the Stanley Cup Playoffs schedule. The Sponsor and the NHL Entities are not responsible for any delay, postponement, suspension, shortening, or cancellation of any game or playoffs series.

4. How to Participate

4.1 Ndax Account and Game Tag

To participate, you must download the Ndax mobile application, create a free Ndax account, and create a unique in-app Game Tag if required by the Contest interface.

Your Game Tag may be displayed publicly within the Contest experience, including on team screens, leaderboards, winner announcements, and related promotional materials.

4.2 Team Participation

The Contest is primarily team-based. To participate, a Participant must either:

a. create a team; or
b. join an existing team.

A team may have up to five (5) members, including the team captain. A Participant may only belong to one (1) team at a time.

Participants may compete alone by creating a team with only one (1) member.

The team leaderboard is the primary competitive mechanism for the Contest. Team points determine eligibility for Round-end leaderboard rewards and team-based draw entries, in accordance with these Official Rules.

4.3 Team Captains and Team Management

The Participant who creates a team is the team captain. Subject to available in-app functionality and any applicable restrictions imposed by the Sponsor, team captains may invite members, approve join requests, and remove team members.

Participants may leave a team, and captains may remove inactive or other team members, subject to the Official Rules and any in-app restrictions, deadlines, or confirmations communicated by the Sponsor.

If a Participant leaves a team or is removed from a team, any points previously credited to that team remain with that team and will not be transferred to the departing Participant or any new team.

Prizes are determined based on the team composition and eligibility status in effect at the time of prize fulfillment, not necessarily at the time points were earned.

4.4 Predictions and Scoring

Participants may submit predictions for eligible Stanley Cup Playoffs games through the Ndax mobile application. The Sponsor may determine, in its sole discretion, which games, questions, markets, or prediction types are eligible.

Unless otherwise specified in-app:

submitting a prediction earns one (1) point; and

submitting a correct prediction earns two (2) additional points.

The prediction window applicable to each round will be determined by the Sponsor and may change based on game scheduling, the nature of the prediction, and other relevant factors. Participants are solely responsible for submitting their predictions before the applicable in‑app cutoff time. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances. Once the prediction window has closed, predictions may not be modified, edited, or withdrawn.

Points may be displayed at the individual level, team level, or both, as determined by the Sponsor.

4.5 Playoff Multipliers

Playoffs scoring multipliers apply during the Contest Period as follows:

Round 1: 1x

Round 2: 2x

Conference Finals: 3x

Final: 4x

The Sponsor may apply these multipliers to any relevant playoffs scoring outputs, including leaderboard standings, team totals, draw entries, cumulative playoffs points, and related in-app displays, in its sole discretion and as communicated through the Contest experience.

5. Prizes

The total playoffs prize pool consists of NHL Shop gift code rewards for top-performing teams in Round 1, Round 2, and the Conference Finals, plus team-based CAD draws at the end of Round 1, Round 2, and the Conference Finals (as further described in Section 5.2), plus one CAD Overtime Draw at the end of the playoffs (as further described in Section 5.3), plus one or more Unused NHL Shop gift codes as described below.

Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded, and may not be substituted or exchanged except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise required by law.

5.1 Round-End Team Leaderboard Rewards

At the end of each of Round 1, Round 2, and the Conference Finals, the top five (5) eligible teams on the applicable team leaderboard will be eligible for guaranteed NHL Shop gift code rewards, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

  • 5th place team: five (5) gift codes valued at CAD $150 each

There are no guaranteed NHL Shop gift code team leaderboard rewards for the Final. Final scoring contributes to the Overtime Draw and, where applicable, the Unused Gift Code Draw.

Only verified and otherwise eligible team members are entitled to receive NHL Shop gift codes. The value of each gift code is stated at the time of issuance and is calculated on the basis of a team consisting of up to five (5) eligible members.

For each winning team, the number of gift codes awarded will correspond to the number of verified and eligible team members at the time of prize fulfillment, up to a maximum of five (5). Each verified and eligible team member will receive one (1) gift code of equal value. If a winning team has fewer than five (5) verified and eligible members, fewer gift codes will be awarded accordingly, and no substitution, top‑up, or additional compensation will be provided for unfilled team member positions.

Any gift codes that would otherwise have been allocated to unverified or ineligible members will not be awarded to that team and will instead be retained by the Sponsor for the Unused Gift Code Draw described in Section 5.4.

5.2 Round-End Team CAD Draws

At the end of each of Round 1, Round 2, and the Conference Finals, the Sponsor will conduct one (1) random draw for a CAD $1,000 team prize from among eligible entries accumulated by teams during that applicable Round.

  • After Round 1: one (1) CAD $1,000 team draw
  • After Round 2: one (1) CAD $1,000 team draw
  • After Conference Finals: one (1) CAD $1,000 team draw

Each eligible team will receive entries into the applicable Round-end team-based CAD draw based on the number of team points accumulated during that Round, as determined by the Sponsor and subject to the applicable Round multiplier and these Official Rules.

Unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor, any Round-end team-based CAD draw prize will be divided equally among the verified and eligible members of the selected team at the time of prize fulfillment.

5.3 End-of-Playoffs Overtime Draw

At the end of the Contest Period, the Sponsor will conduct one (1) random draw for a CAD $2,000 team prize (the “Overtime Draw”) from among eligible entries accumulated by teams across the full Contest Period.

Each eligible team will receive entries into the Overtime Draw based on the number of cumulative playoff team points accumulated during the Contest Period, as determined by the Sponsor and subject to applicable multipliers and these Official Rules.

Unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor, the Overtime Draw prize will be divided equally among the verified and eligible members of the selected team at the time of prize fulfillment.

5.4 End-of-Playoffs Individual Unused NHL Shop Gift Code Draw

Following completion of the Overtime Draw, the Sponsor will conduct one or more random individual draws for any NHL Shop gift codes that were not awarded during the Round-end team leaderboard reward process due to unverified, ineligible, unreachable, or non-compliant team members (the “Unused Gift Code Draw”).

Entries for the Unused Gift Code Draw are allocated on an individual basis, not on a team basis.

Each eligible Participant will receive one (1) entry for each playoffs point accumulated by that Participant during the Contest Period. For example, a Participant with one hundred (100) playoffs points will receive one hundred (100) entries into the Unused Gift Code Draw.

Only Participants who, at the time of the Unused Gift Code Draw:

a. are verified Ndax users;
b. are otherwise eligible under these Official Rules; and
c. are in good standing with the Sponsor

will be eligible to win an unused gift code.

The number, denomination, and total value of gift codes available in the Unused Gift Code Draw will depend on the number of gift codes remaining unawarded at the end of the Round-end team leaderboard reward process.

The Sponsor may conduct the Unused Gift Code Draw as a single draw or as multiple draws, in its sole discretion, depending on the number and denomination of available gift codes.

5.5 Ties

In the event of a tie in the team leaderboard for any guaranteed Round-end team leaderboard reward, the tie will be resolved in the following order:

a. the tied team with the greater number of correct predictions in the applicable Round will rank higher;
b. if still tied, the team with the earlier team creation timestamp will rank higher;
c. if still tied, the Sponsor will resolve the tie by random draw.

The Sponsor’s determination of tie outcomes is final and binding.

5.6 Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the number of eligible Participants, the number of eligible teams, the number of predictions submitted, the number of points accumulated, leaderboard performance, and the number of draw entries earned.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim Conditions

Potential winners will be notified by email, in-app notification, or both, using the contact information associated with their Ndax account.

To be declared a winner and receive a prize, each selected or eligible Participant must:

a. correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor;
b. complete identity verification requirements to the satisfaction of the Sponsor;
c. sign and return any declaration, release, tax, eligibility, or other documentation requested by the Sponsor within seven (7) days of notice, or within any other deadline specified by the Sponsor; and
d. otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

If a selected Participant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, fails to complete required verification or documentation, or is otherwise found to be ineligible or non-compliant, that Participant may be disqualified and will forfeit any right to a prize.

For team-based prizes, only verified and eligible team members at the time of prize fulfillment may receive prize distributions. Any unawarded NHL Shop gift codes will be added to the Unused Gift Code Draw described in Section 5.4. Any unclaimed or unavailable CAD prize amounts may be handled by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

7. General Conditions

No purchase, deposit, trading activity, or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Participants must not:

a. use multiple accounts, false identities, bots, scripts, automated systems, or any other deceptive or unfair means to participate;
b. attempt to manipulate predictions, scoring, team composition, leaderboard rankings, draw results, or any Contest functionality;
c. engage in abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or disruptive conduct; or
d. otherwise violate these Official Rules or any Ndax platform terms.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant or team that violates these Official Rules or tampers with the operation of the Contest.

The Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, delay, or terminate the Contest, any Round, any prize, any draw, any scoring rule, or any Contest functionality if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, operational issues, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity, fairness, security, or proper administration of the Contest.

The Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including eligibility, scoring, team membership, draw entries, tie resolution, winner determination, prize allocation, and interpretation of these Official Rules, are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, the NHL Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties are not responsible for:

a. lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incompatible entries, predictions, notifications, or prize claims;
b. technical failures of any kind, including software, hardware, mobile device, platform, server, or network failures;

d. any errors in scoring, ranking, point calculation, team administration, draw mechanics, or prize fulfillment; or
e. any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Publicity

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected by the Sponsor in connection with the Contest will be collected, used, disclosed, and retained in accordance with Ndax’s privacy practices and applicable law, including for the purposes of Contest administration, winner verification, prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and related promotional activities where permitted.

11. Intellectual Property and NHL Disclaimer

All trademarks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property associated with the NHL or the NHL Entities are the property of their respective owners.
