It allocates creator fees from transactions via BlueWhale Tek for automated on-chain distribution: 1% to buybacks and burns for deflation, 20% to smaller holders (Shrimp tier, 0.1%-0.5% of supply), 49% to larger holders (Whale tier, 0.5%+ of supply) as passive SOL rewards, and 30% to a dev wallet fully donated to community-voted nonprofits focused on ocean cleanups, marine rescues, and biodiversity preservation. Donations are tracked publicly on-chain for transparency. The project integrates real-world impact through planned verifiable Plastic Credits (1 credit = 1 kg plastic removed/prevented), governed by holders, with revenue supporting further conservation efforts. It originated from a community takeover and is led by a doxxed founder emphasizing ethical, transparent operations.
