What is the project about? REFUND was created by Blurr, a mysterious 2017 OG whale. The purpose of the project remains open to speculation, but the leading theory is that Refund is a response to ben.eth's infamous psyop token since it was launched one day after it. The community has taken it upon themselves to run the project while Blurr largely remains in the background, sending cryptic messages on the blockchain.
