What are the terms and conditions of Ndax's affiliate program?

1. A referred friend clicks on their referral link and creates a valid Ndax account that passes Ndax's account verification process within a month of signing up using the referral link.
2. The referred friend deposits a minimum of $100 CAD.

Customers may not refer anyone who has an existing Ndax account under an alternate email address.

Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Ndax at our discretion, may result in the rescission of the affiliate's referral credit and affiliate code. As well as both parties' inability to participate in the current or future promotions.

This referral program may be modified or terminated at any time and without prior notice in our sole discretion. Ndax may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit or modify the tier rules, benefits, currency payout, eligibility, or any features at any time, without prior notice except as expressly set out in the terms and conditions.

All Ndax members are automatically Avid users upon creating an account on Ndax, a member will remain an Avid user unless the minimum referrals are made over a monthly consecutive rollout period.

If for any reason, you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your payout or tier level, please contact us at [email protected]. You may be required to submit additional information in order to find a resolution. All final decisions will be at Ndax's sole discretion.
