How do I deposit Canadian dollars to my Ndax account via wire transfer?

• Login to http://ndax.io
• Once you log in, you will be redirected to your dashboard
• Click DEPOSIT located at the top of the page
• Select WIRE TRANSFER
• Copy the information provided and initiate a wire transfer from your online banking platform’s website or in the branch with the information provided
• Once you send the wire transfer from your financial institution, click on UPLOAD A RECEIPT located at the bottom of the page
• Enter your FULL NAME and AMOUNT, then upload your copy of the wire transfer receipt
• Click on SUBMIT once finished

• Login to http://ndax.io
• Click the Ndax SYMBOL located at the top left-hand corner of the page
• Select WALLET from the pulldown menu
• Select CANADIAN DOLLAR from the list of assets
• Click RECEIVE
• Select WIRE TRANSFER
• Copy the information provided and initiate a wire transfer from your online banking platform’s website or in the branch with the information provided
• Once you send the wire transfer from your financial institution, click UPLOAD A RECEIPT located at the bottom of the page
• Enter your FULL NAME and AMOUNT
• Upload a copy of the wire transfer receipt
• Click on SUBMIT once finished

• Login to our mobile app
• Click on the wallet icon on the bottom toolbar
• Select the FIAT tab
• Click on CAD
• Click DEPOSIT, then enter the amount you are looking to deposit
• Select WIRE TRANSFER (you may need to scroll horizontally to see the wire transfer option appear under Method)
• Copy the information provided and initiate a wire transfer from your online banking platform’s website or in the branch with the information provided
• Once you send the wire transfer from your financial institution, scroll to the bottom of where you left off in the Ndax app, and click on UPLOAD RECEIPT
• Upload a copy of your wire receipt
• Click on DEPOSIT CAD once finished

Typically, it takes 0-1 business day for a wire transfer to land from your bank and into your Ndax CAD wallet.
