When sending XRP, XLM, HBAR, LUNC, or EOS deposit to Ndax, you are required to provide the following information to your deposit:

• Your wallet address
• The destination tag or Memo

A Destination Tag or Memo is your unique account identifier; Failure to include your destination tag or memo in your XRP, XLM, HBAR, LUNC or EOS deposit will result in a 2-week delay and a potential recovery fee at the discretion of NDAX. NDAX will not be responsible for the loss of the tokens.
