Why is my Interac e-Transfer deposit under review on Ndax?

Ndax uses auto-deposit, which means that most incoming e-Transfer deposits are put through automatically.
In some rare cases, your e-Transfer may get flagged as "under review". The main reasons for this are:
- The sender name on the e-Transfer does not match your full first and last name on Ndax
- The sender name is a business, rather than a personal name.
- You forgot to include your unique message code for the e-Transfer.
These situations will require our team to manually review and approve your e-Transfer in order to fund your account.
