Which blockchain networks are supported on Ndax?
Ndax Cryptocurrency Network Support Guidelines
Before you withdraw or deposit cryptocurrency using Ndax, you first must ensure you are sending or receiving over a supported blockchain network. Please note that:
- Ndax will not be held liable for the loss of any tokens sent or received using an unsupported blockchain network.
- The supported blockchain network on Ndax will differ from asset to asset. Please do not assume a supported network for a particular listed coin will be supported for a different coin, also listed on our platform.
- Example: Ndax supports the following networks for the USDC asset: Polygon, Ethereum (ERC-20), and Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20).
Please follow the steps outlined below to determine which blockchain networks for which assets are currently supported on our platform. Alternatively, you may also visit our fees page which has our listed assets and their respective supported network(s) conveniently listed: http://ndax.io/fees.

You may see supported blockchain networks listed by us that are under the same name as their respective assets. This indicates that the asset is being sent/received through their native network. Many assets listed on our platform are only supported through their native network, or through a combination of multiple networks. For example, Bitcoin (BTC) will have two networks listed as the following on our platform: its native network, appearing on our platform as Bitcoin, and Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20).
