Rewards stop on the amount you release as soon as you make the release. Rewards received up to that point are paid on the next Monday.

The whole enrolled balance of the asset is released. Releasing part of a balance isn't available. Your other enrolled assets stay in Auto Earn.

Unused released crypto re-enrolls after a 24-hour grace period if Auto Earn is still on. 

How to release an asset

On the Ndax website

  1. Log in at ndax.io. Your dashboard opens.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Auto Earn.
  3. Find the asset you want to release, then select the three-dot menu beside it.
  4. Select Release from Auto Earn.
  5. Review the release acknowledgement and the Auto Earn Agreement, then select Confirm.
  6. When the confirmation appears, select Close. 

On the Ndax app

  1. Log in to the Ndax app.
  2. Tap the Quick-Action button in the bottom navigation bar, or go to Settings.
  3. Tap Auto Earn.
  4. Find the asset you want to release. Open it, or tap the three-dot menu beside it.
  5. Tap Release from Auto Earn.  

  6. Review the release acknowledgement and the Auto Earn Agreement, then tap Confirm. 

     

What happens next

Instant release

The asset is released and you can trade or withdraw it. 

Important: If Auto Earn is still on, any released crypto you don't trade or withdraw is re-enrolled after the 24-hour grace period, at the next 7:00 AM UTC sweep. To keep the asset out of Auto Earn, trade or withdraw it, or turn off Auto Earn. 

Troubleshooting

My release is taking longer than expected. Your release is likely waiting in the release queue. This can happen when many users are releasing funds from Auto Earn at the same time. You can check your Queue Position on the Auto Earn dashboard. There's no set time for a delayed release, but our support team is happy to help with any questions through live chat.

My released crypto went back into Auto Earn. This is expected. Released crypto re-enrolls after the 24-hour grace period if Auto Earn is on and you still hold it.
