How to Close Your Ndax Account
Before You Begin
- Make sure your crypto balance is zero. Sell or withdraw any remaining cryptocurrency before proceeding.
- Make sure your CAD balance is zero. Withdraw any remaining funds to your bank before proceeding.
Option 1: Close Your Account via Self-Service
If your account balance is zero, you can close your account directly from your settings.
- Log in
Log in to your Ndax account.
- Go to Settings
Click Settings in the left-hand toolbar.
- Close your account
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click the red Close My Account button.
Option 2: Close Your Account via Support
If you have an existing balance, even a very small one, you may need to contact the Ndax support team to close your account.

Include your account email and a brief note that you'd like to close your account. The support team will guide you through the process.
