Common Reasons an Account May Be Disabled
- Suspected unauthorized access — Ndax detected unusual activity and disabled your account to protect it
- Duplicate ID verification — The identification document you submitted has already been used to verify another account
- Unusual trading activity — Your account was flagged for abnormal or suspicious trading behaviour
- Policy violation — Your account was found to be in breach of Ndax's policies, procedures, or User Agreement
