Common Reasons an Account May Be Disabled
  • Suspected unauthorized access — Ndax detected unusual activity and disabled your account to protect it
  • Duplicate ID verification — The identification document you submitted has already been used to verify another account
  • Unusual trading activity — Your account was flagged for abnormal or suspicious trading behaviour
  • Policy violation — Your account was found to be in breach of Ndax's policies, procedures, or User Agreement
