How to Set Up a Business Account on Ndax
Before You Begin
- You have a registered business in Canada
- You have business registration documents or a Certificate of Incorporation ready
- The business owner(s) are prepared to complete identity verification
Steps
- Request the Business Account Application
Email [email protected] to request the Business Account Application form.
- Complete and submit the application
Fill out the application and return it to the support team.
- Submit business documentation
Provide documentation that confirms the existence of your business. Accepted documents include a Business Registration certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.
- Provide any additional documents if requested
Depending on your business structure, the Ndax compliance team may also require a corporate resolution or identity verification for additional shareholders.

What Happens Next
Once your application and documents are reviewed, the Ndax team will confirm whether your business account has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of your application.
