How to Update Your Account Information on Ndax

For security purposes, updating your email address requires a proof-of-identity check.

• Prepare your documentation 
  Take a selfie of yourself holding a handwritten note that includes today's date and the text "email change."
   
• Send your request 
  Email the selfie to [email protected].
  • If you still have access to your original email address, send the request from that address.
  • If you no longer have access, you may send the request from your new email address.
• Wait for confirmation 
  Once the Ndax team verifies your documentation, they'll update the email address on your account. 

Usernames cannot be changed on Ndax.

If you've forgotten your username, you can recover it:

• Go to the username recovery tool.
• Enter the email address associated with your account.
• You'll receive an email containing your username. 

📝Note: Your username is created during signup and is separate from your email address.

 

You can reset your password from the login page or from within your account.

Option 1: Reset from the login page

• Visit portal.ndax.io/auth/login or open the Ndax mobile app.
• Click Forgot your password?
• Enter your account email address and click Continue.
• Check your email for a password reset link from Ndax.
• Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save.

📝 Note: If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or other folders.

Option 2: Change your password while logged in

• Log in to your Ndax account.
• Go to Account Settings.
• Click Change Password.
• Enter your current password, then your new password, and save. 

• Log in to your Ndax account.
• Navigate to Settings.
• Select the information you'd like to update and click Change.
• Enter your updated information and save.
