How do I update my account information on Ndax?

To change the email address associated with your Ndax account, we require a proof-of-identity check to ensure the request is coming from the registered account holder.
Please send the following documentation to [email protected]: 

• A selfie of you holding a handwritten note with:
  • today's date
  • the text "email change"

If you still have access to your original email address, please send this request from that email. If you no longer have access, you may send the request from your new email address.
Once we receive and verify this documentation, our team will update the email address on your account.

Usernames cannot be changed.
If you don’t remember your username, you can use our username recovery tool

1. Enter the email address associated with your Ndax account.
2. We will send you an email containing your username.

You can reset your password either from the login page or while logged into your account.
Reset from the login page

1. Visit the Ndax login page or open the Ndax mobile app:
   https://portal.ndax.io/auth/login
2. Click “Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address associated with your Ndax account and click Continue.
4. Check your email for a secure password reset link from Ndax.
5. Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Other folders.

Change your password while logged in
Log in to your Ndax account. 

Go to Account Settings.

1. Click Change password.
2. Enter your current password, then your new password, and save the changes.

To change your billing address, occupation, or phone number, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Ndax account
 

• Navigate to Settings
• Select the information you would like to change and click change
• Enter your updated information
