How do I update my account information on Ndax?

How do I update my email address?

To change the email address assigned to an Ndax account, we require a proof-of-identity check to ensure that these requests come only from the registered account holder.

Please send the following documentation to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Ndax account. If you have lost access to your original email address, you may send this request from your new email address.

Once we receive this documentation, our team will assign your new email address to your account.

How do I update my username?

Unfortunately, you are unable to change your username. 

If you don't remember your username, you can use our username recovery tool. Enter your email address, and we will send you an email containing your username.

How do I update my billing address, occupation and phone number?

To change your billing address, occupation, or phone number, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Ndax account
  • Click settings on the left-hand side toolbar
  • Select the information you would like to change and click change
  • Enter your updated information
