What documents are accepted for identity verification and proof of address at Ndax?
Identity Verification Documents
To ensure a smooth and speedy verification process, please ensure that you submit one of the following acceptable identity verification documents:
- Driver's License
- Passport (Canadian or Foreign)
- Citizenship Card (issued prior to 2012)
- Permanent Resident Card
- Secure Certificate of Indian Status
- Provincial or territorial Photo Identification Card
To be acceptable, a government-issued photo ID must:
- Be issued by federal, provincial, or territorial authorities
- Be valid, current (not expired), and authentic
- Must be in color and legible
- Show your full name, date of birth, a clear photograph, and a unique identifying number
Proof of Address Documents

Any statement issued by a Canadian government body (federal, provincial, territorial, municipal) such as:
