What are the eligibility criteria for opening an account on Ndax?
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an Ndax account, you must be a legal resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and be able to provide all the required information under our Customer Identity Program.
Age of Majority
The age of majority is 18 in the provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan.
The age of majority is 19 in the provinces of British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Yukon.
