At Ndax, we take resetting 2FA seriously. 2FA is your last line of protection from unwanted account takeover. 

For this reason, we ensure that all 2FA reset requests follow a proof-of-identity procedure to ensure that they can only be initiated by the registered account holder.

Follow these steps to reset your 2FA: 

1. Go to the Ndax log in page 

2. Enter your username and password 

3. Click Reset 2FA 

4. Enter the email associated with your Ndax account, and click Continue 

5. You will receive an email with a 6-digit code; enter the code onto the site in the "Enter Verification Code" field. 

6. Click Verify 

7. You will be re-directed to our identity verification partner, Sumsub. Follow the prompts to complete the proof of identity process. 

   1. Press the red record button, and pronounce the digits shown on screen

   2. Press the red stop button when complete.

   3. Select Upload Video

8. You will now see a confirmation message. You can safely close this window.  

9. Once your 2FA reset is reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive an email. with the subject line "Two-Factor Authentication reset". In that email, you will see a button labelled "Reset Two Factor Authentication". Click that button, you will be re-directed to an Ndax landing page. 

10. On the page you are re-directed to, enter your phone number and select to receive a phone call or SMS. You will be provided with a 6-digit code, which you must enter on the next page. 

11. Enter the 6-digit code you receive, then click "Verify"

All done! Once you complete step 10, you will be able to login with just your username and password.
