Responding to a compromised Ndax account: Immediate steps to take

We ask that you please contact our security team immediately at [email protected]. Crypto transactions are irreversible and you should only send funds to addresses that you absolutely trust. If you believe that you have been a victim of fraud, here are a few steps that we suggest that you take to safeguard your funds, identity, and your personal information:
 

1. If you believe that the fraudulent company has access to your bank account or if they have access to your credit card- call your bank – notify your bank that someone else potentially has access to your account.
2. Reset your passwords, including your email account password and any other accounts that you think they may have accessed.
3. File a report with your local law enforcement and securities commissions.

5. File a report with the credit bureau – Equifax https://www.consumer.equifax.ca/personal/
6. File a report with credit bureau -TransUnion https://www.transunion.ca/
7. Please be aware that there are many fraudulent cryptocurrency recovery services preying on victims of scams/frauds and always do your own due diligence before engaging with any third-party service providers.
