How to unstake crypto
Before you begin
To unstake crypto on Ndax, go to the Staking page, select the asset in your active subscriptions, and choose how much to unstake. You can unstake all or part of your position. Depending on the asset, you can choose Standard or Instant redemption, and any waiting period is shown before you confirm.
- You can unstake all or part of a position.
- Standard redemption returns your crypto after the unbonding period. You keep receiving scheduled rewards during that time.
- Instant redemption, where available, skips the unbonding period, but you don't receive rewards for the payout period in which you unstake.
- Check the asset's page for its unbonding period and whether Instant redemption is offered.
- There's no fee to unstake, with either Standard or Instant redemption.

- Standard: Your crypto returns to your wallet when the unbonding period ends.
- Instant: Your crypto returns to your wallet right away.
- If you have an active recurring staking investment for this asset, you’ll be prompted to choose what happens to it when you unstake:
- Keep recurring investment active as a buy: Your recurring investment continues, but future purchases are no longer directed to staking.
- Delete recurring investment completely: Your recurring investment is stopped.
- If you’re unstaking only part of your staked balance, your recurring staking plan can remain active if you choose to keep it as a recurring buy.

Troubleshooting
I don't see the Instant option. Instant redemption isn't offered for every asset. Check the asset's page for the plans available.
My crypto hasn't returned yet. With Standard redemption, your crypto returns when the unbonding period ends. Check the asset's page for how long it lasts.
