CAD Withdrawal Timeframes

EFT withdrawals are processed twice a day (business days), with cut-off times at 8:00 AM EST and 4:00 PM EST. Typically, once processed, clients should receive funds within one business day, depending on your financial institution's hours of operation.

Interac e-Transfer withdrawals are typically sent within 30-60 minutes of being submitted. Once submitted, client will receive a notification email from Interac with instructions on how to accept the e-Transfer.

Fees

The withdrawal fee for EFT (direct bank deposit) is $4.99.

The withdrawal fee for Interac e-Transfer is $1.50.

CAD Withdrawal fees are flat, regardless of the amount being withdrawn.

Limits

There are no limits on EFT (direct bank deposit) withdrawals.

The limit for e-Transfer withdrawals is $3,000 per transaction. There is also a 24-hour transaction limit of $10,000 per 24-hour period.
