How do I cancel a Canadian dollar withdrawal request on Ndax?

• If your Canadian Dollar (CAD) withdrawal is still pending, you may be able to cancel it directly from your account. Please follow the steps below based on the device you are using.
• A withdrawal can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed. Once processed, Ndax cannot reverse it.

• Log in to your Ndax account.
• From the left-hand menu, select Transaction History.
• Click on the Withdrawals tab.
• Locate and click on the withdrawal you wish to cancel to open the details.
• Click Cancel Withdrawal on the right-hand side of the withdrawal ticket.
• Confirm the cancellation if prompted.

• Log in to your Ndax account using your mobile browser.
• Tap the Ndax logo in the top-left corner to open the menu.
• Select Transaction History.
• Tap Withdrawals.
• Select the withdrawal you wish to cancel to open the details.
• Tap Cancel Withdrawal below the withdrawal information.
• Confirm the cancellation if prompted.

• Log in to the Ndax mobile app.
• Tap the Wallet icon in the bottom navigation bar.
• Select Canadian Dollar.
• Tap See All on the right-hand side.
• Select the Withdrawals tab at the top.
• Tap the withdrawal ticket you wish to cancel.
• Tap Cancel Withdrawal, then select Yes, Cancel to confirm.
