What should I do if my cryptocurrency withdrawal hasn't arrived at its destination from Ndax?

Cryptocurrency Withdrawal Process at Ndax

Once your cryptocurrency withdrawal has left your Ndax wallet, it will be submitted onto the blockchain. Each external platform has its own protocols for depositing funds. Typically, platforms require 2-6 confirmations before they deposit your funds into your account. Please contact your external wallet/exchange support for details.

We also recommend that you also check your withdrawal status on our side, below is a list of statuses and what they indicate:

Manual Review

Withdrawals made within 72 hours after a client resets their 2FA authentication and/or password will be flagged for manual review as a safety measure.

Delayed

The Delayed status is designed to give our clients a 5-minute grace period to cancel their withdrawal if an error is made and they wish to cancel their withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed 5 minutes after confirming the withdrawal email.

Pending 2FA

Withdrawal tickets with a Pending 2FA status indicate that the client has not confirmed their withdrawal via email authentication.

Processing

This status indicates the withdrawal has been submitted onto the blockchain and awaiting confirmation on the Network to be fully processed out of the client's Ndax wallet.

Rejected

This status indicates our internal system rejected the withdrawal for reasons such as an invalid wallet address, destination tag, or any error made during the withdrawal submittal process.
