Statuses

Ndax has a number of different withdrawal statuses that you may encounter when using our platform. Here's what each status means:

  • Manual Review:  If you reset your 2FA authentication or password within 72 hours of making a withdrawal, it will be flagged for manual review as a security measure.
  • Delayed: The Delayed status is designed to give you a 5-minute grace period to cancel your withdrawal if you made a mistake and want to cancel it. The withdrawal will be processed 5 minutes after you confirm it via email.
  • Pending 2FA: This status means you have not yet confirmed your withdrawal via email authentication.
  • Processing: This status means that the withdrawal has been submitted to the blockchain and is awaiting confirmation on the Network to be fully processed.
  • Rejected: This status means that our internal system rejected the withdrawal for reasons such as an invalid wallet address or destination tag or an error made during the submission process.

Once your cryptocurrency withdrawal has left your Ndax wallet, it will be submitted to the blockchain.

Other platforms may have different protocols for depositing funds and may require 2-6 confirmations before depositing your funds into your account.

Once processed on Ndax, your withdrawal will be sent to the blockchain. Blockchain time frames vary on the coin, blockchain congestion, and the number of confirmations your destination wallet requires.
