How do I find my blockchain TXID for a cryptocurrency withdrawal from Ndax?

A transaction ID (TxID) or transaction hash is a unique string of characters given to every transaction that’s verified and added to the blockchain. In other words, a TxID is an identification number that labels each transaction on the blockchain.

The TxID will be displayed in the withdrawal ticket details once the withdrawal has been confirmed and processed out of your Ndax account. 

Desktop

• Login to your Ndax account
• Select TRANSACTION HISTORY in the left-hand side toolbar
• Select WITHDRAWALS in the middle of the screen 
• Click on the ticket to locate the TxID within the ticket details

Mobile Web Version 

• Login to your Ndax account
• Click the Ndax SYMBOL at the top left-hand corner
• Click the TRANSACTION HISTORY from the sidebar tab
• Click on the drop-down menu to select WITHDRAWALS 
• Click on the ticket to locate the TxID within the ticket details 

Mobile App

• Log in to the Ndax App
• On the bottom navigation bar, click on the wallet icon
• Select Crypto
• Select the Crypto you would like to withdraw
• On the right-hand side of the screen click on the three horizontal lines to filter by WITHDRAWALS
• Click on the withdrawal ticket to display withdrawal information and locate the TxID
