How To Speed Up Your Bitcoin Withdrawal by Changing Withdrawal Methods

Ndax now offers 3 unique withdrawal methods for Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawals made over the Bitcoin network.  

By choosing the Flex or Standard method, clients can enjoy reduced withdrawal fees by choosing to wait slightly longer to receive their withdrawal.  

In case you change your mind and decide that you need your Bitcoin withdrawal to be processed faster, you can always choose to speed it up using the steps below.  

• Login to your Ndax account via the desktop site.  
• From the left-hand menu, select “Transaction History” 
• Select the “Withdrawals” tab of your transaction history, and find your recent Bitcoin withdrawal.  
• If your withdrawal is eligible to be sped up, you can hit the green “Speed It Up” button in the bottom-right of the panel. 
  • If you originally selected “Flex” as your withdrawal method, you will be able to upgrade to Standard or Express by paying the additional fee. 
  • If you originally selected “Standard” as your withdrawal method, you will only be able to upgrade to Express, by paying the extra fee. 
• Select your new withdrawal method, then hit the green Upgrade button to confirm! 
• All done! You’ll see a confirmation message on the screen that confirms that your Bitcoin withdrawal was upgraded to the faster method. 

Please note that you can only upgrade your Bitcoin withdrawal if you have enough Bitcoin in your Ndax Wallet to cover the increased fee. If you don’t, you’ll need to cancel the withdrawal and start the process again.
