How do I send a cryptocurrency transfer to another Ndax user?

This article will walk you through the steps involved in sending an Internal transfer to another Ndax client. All internal transfers are free of transaction fees.

Desktop Instructions

• Login to your Ndax account
• Select Wallet on the left-hand side toolbar
• Select the Crypto you would like to withdraw
• Select Send at the bottom of the screen
• Scroll to the bottom on the right-hand side to locate 'Send to a Friend'
• Click on 'Transfer Friends'
• Enter the Recipient’s Email Address associated with their Ndax account
• Enter the amount of the crypto to send or select MAX to send your entire balance.
• Enter a message for the recipient (optional)
• Check off send as a gift if the transfer is intended as a gift to the recipient 
• Select Event from the drop-down menu
• Click Send
