Why are my funds "On Hold" in my account? - Canceling a pending withdrawal on Ndax
Resolving Funds on Hold Issues
If you notice that some of your funds are "on hold" in your Ndax account, it could be due to a pending but unconfirmed withdrawal. To free up these funds, you can cancel the pending withdrawal with these simple steps:
- Login to your Ndax Account.
- Navigate to the Transaction History section: On the left side of your dashboard, locate the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on "Transaction History"
- Select Withdrawals In the Transaction History page
- Identify the specific withdrawal you wish to cancel, and click on it. Alternatively, you can also cancel the withdrawal by clicking on the cancel button below the "Confirm Withdrawal" button in the withdrawal confirmation email.
Once you’ve canceled a pending withdrawal, the previously held funds will be released back into your available balance for other transactions. You can check the updated balance in your account dashboard.
