How to withdraw Canadian dollars to my bank account via EFT (Direct Bank) from Ndax?
Important Notes About CAD Withdrawals
- You must sell your cryptocurrency and ensure it is converted to Canadian Dollars before making the withdrawal to your Canadian financial institution. Here are steps on how to sell your cryptocurrency.
- Fiat withdrawals via EFT are processed twice a day (business days), with cut-off times at 8:00 AM EST and 4:00 PM EST.
Typically, once processed – you should receive your funds within one business day, depending on your financial institution's hours of operation.
Desktop Instructions (EFT)
- Login to http://ndax.io, and you will be redirected to your dashboard
- Click WITHDRAW at the top of the screen
- Ensure CAD is selected and click the WITHDRAW button
- Choose the method of withdrawal: EFT (Direct bank deposit).
- Select BANK ACCOUNT, or if this is your first withdrawal to your bank account, select ADD ACCOUNT
- Type in the amount you’d like to withdraw or click MAX
- Read and agree to the disclaimer
- Click WITHDRAW
- Enter the six-digit 2FA authentication code generated in your 2FA authenticator app
- Confirm your withdrawal via email
Desktop Instructions (Add a New Bank Account)
- Scroll to the ADDRESS BOOK on the left-hand side of the screen
- Click BANK ACCOUNTS
- Click NEW ACCOUNT to add a bank account
- Click the PRODUCT drop-down menu to select CAD
- Click the METHOD drop-down menu to select EFT (direct bank deposit)
- You will be redirected to complete your bank account description details
- Enter a unique description to identify your bank account (ex. RBC chequing account)
- Fill out the bank account name using abbreviations or the complete bank name
- Fill out the Institution number (three digits), the Transit number (5 digits), and the account number. Make sure your account number matches exactly and does not include dashes or the transit or institution numbers. (find correct account numbers)
- Agree to the disclaimer
- Click CREATE
Mobile Web Instructions (EFT)
- Login http://ndax.io
- Click the Ndax SYMBOL in the top left-hand corner
- Select WALLET from the sidebar menu
- Click CANADIAN DOLLARS
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen then click SEND
- Choose EFT (Direct bank deposit)
- Select BANK ACCOUNT or if this is your first time ADD ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw or click MAX (total CAD funds in your account)
- Read and agree to the disclaimer
- Click WITHDRAW
- Enter the six-digit 2FA authentication code generated in your 2FA authenticator app
- Confirm your withdrawal via email
Mobile Web Instructions (Adding a New Bank Account)

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen then click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
- Click on the PRODUCT drop-down menu to select CAD
- Click on the METHOD drop-down menu to select EFT (direct bank deposit)

- Log in to the Ndax app
- On the bottom navigation bar, click on the WALLET icon
- Select Fiat
- Select CAD
- Click on the filter tab(three horizontal lines) on the right-hand side of the screen and select WITHDRAW
- Click WITHDRAW
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw or enter a percentage of your total CAD amount at the bottom of the screen
- Select EFT Direct
- Select BANK ACCOUNT or if this is your first time withdrawing to this account, click ADD ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT
- Click WITHDRAW
- Click CONFIRM
- Enter the six-digit 2FA authentication code generated in your 2FA authenticator app
- Confirm your withdrawal via email

Ndax is not responsible for any funds sent to an account that a user accidentally listed in the Add Account section. Valid information can be found on a void cheque or direct deposit form provided by your financial institution.
