How to withdraw Canadian dollars to my bank account via Interac e-Transfer from Ndax?
Before withdrawing CAD to your bank, please note the following:
- You must sell your Cryptocurrency and ensure it is converted to Canadian Dollars before making the withdrawal to your Canadian financial institution. Here are steps on how to sell your cryptocurrency.
- You can only withdraw to a bank account that is in your name. The name on your external bank account must correspond with your registered Ndax account name.
E-Transfer withdrawals have a fee of $1.50 CAD, which is taken from the amount being withdrawn, not your remaining account balance.
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn via e-Transfer is $3000.00 CAD per transaction. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn via e-Transfer in one day is $10,000.00 CAD per day. Note that if the $10,000 daily limit is reached, it resets after 24 hours, not at the beginning of the next calendar day.
For withdrawals over $3000.00 CAD, please use Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). You can find the instructions on how to make an EFT withdrawal here.
Typically, once processed you will receive your funds within 30 minutes.
