How to withdraw Canadian dollars to your bank account via Interac e-Transfer from Ndax

• You must sell your crypto assets and ensure your balance is in Canadian dollars (CAD) before withdrawing to your Canadian financial institution. Here are steps on how to sell your cryptocurrency.
• You can only withdraw to a bank account that is in your name. The name on your external bank account must correspond with your registered Ndax account name.

Interac e-Transfer withdrawals have a $1.50 CAD fee, which is deducted from the withdrawal amount.

The maximum Interac e-Transfer withdrawal is $10,000 CAD per transaction and $10,000 CAD per rolling 24-hour period. If the limit is reached, it resets after 24 hours (not at the start of the next calendar day).

For withdrawals over $10,000 CAD, use Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Refer to the Ndax Help Centre for EFT withdrawal instructions.

Once processed, Interac e-Transfer delivery is typically quick, but timing can vary by financial institution and Interac processing.
