Why is my deposit pending or delayed?
Interac e-Transfer
Most Ndax deposits arrive within 30 minutes for Interac e-Transfer and crypto, and within 1 business day for wires. If yours is taking longer, the most common reasons are a missing message code or memo, a sender name that doesn't match your account, a missing wire receipt, or network congestion.
- Missing or incomplete message code. Without your unique message code, the deposit can't be matched automatically. Use the Missing a Deposit? form. See My e-Transfer or wire deposit hasn't arrived.
- Sender name doesn't match. e-Transfers from an account in another name need manual review and may be rejected.
- Joint bank account. The e-Transfer may arrive under the other account holder's name. You may need to provide proof of joint ownership.
Wire transfer
- Receipt not uploaded or message code missing. Upload your wire receipt, and make sure your wire included your unique message code.
- Amount doesn't match. Enter the exact amount you sent, minus any bank fee.
- Bank hours. Wires only move during business days and bank hours.
- Bank outside Canada. Wires from banks outside Canada are rejected.
Crypto
- 2FA or verification not complete. You need two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on and a verified account to deposit.
- Network confirmations. Crypto deposits are credited after the required network confirmations. Busy networks can take longer.
- Missing memo or tag, or a deposit that never arrived. Submit a Deposit Recovery Form. See What happens if I send unsupported crypto or use the wrong network?

Deposits under review
Like all regulated financial platforms, Ndax reviews some deposits to meet its legal obligations. If your deposit is under review, it can take longer to arrive. Ndax may contact you if more information is needed, and you don't need to do anything unless asked. Ndax may not be able to share the reason for a review.
When to contact support
If your deposit still hasn't arrived, contact support through live chat. Include:
- The deposit method, amount, and date.
- For e-Transfers, your Interac reference number. It starts with CA or C1A.
- For wires, ensure you have uploaded the wire receipt with the correct deposit amount, then notify Support.
- For crypto, the transaction ID (TXID). For missing crypto, use the Deposit Recovery Form instead.
Note: Ndax support will never ask for your password, two-factor authentication (2FA) code, or recovery phrase.
