How to Find Your Message Code for Business CAD Deposits

Before You Begin
  • Your business account has been set up and approved on Ndax
  • You are logged in to your Ndax account 
Steps
  • Switch to your business account 
    Click your username in the top right corner, then select your business account from the dropdown menu.
     
  • Go to Deposit 
    Click Deposit in the left-hand sidebar.
     
  • Select your deposit method 
    On the Deposit page, choose either Interac e-Transfer or Wire Transfer as your deposit method.
     
  • Find your message code 
    Your unique message code will be displayed on screen, along with instructions on how to use it.

⚠️ Important: Always use your unique message code when sending a deposit. Deposits sent without the correct message code may be delayed or require manual processing.
