Why hasn't my cryptocurrency deposit shown up in my Ndax wallet?
Timeframes and Troubleshooting Tips
Typically, cryptocurrency deposits sent to us are immediately posted to your Ndax account once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. You may check by logging in, then navigating to your Transaction History tab, then in the Deposits subsection on our website.
The timeframes for cryptocurrency deposits vary depending on systematic factors. From the moment your cryptocurrency is sent from an external wallet to Ndax, it should take an estimated 0 – 30 minutes to arrive at your Ndax account. This estimated timeframe is stated with the assumption that your cryptocurrency was transferred to us under normal network conditions. If your cryptocurrency deposit is taking longer than the specified timeframe, then it is likely at least one of the following applies:
- There is currently network congestion delaying your deposit from reaching us. Network congestion occurs when there is an excess of transactions at a given moment which exceed the network’s capacity to handle them. This is common and can easily delay transactions which can turn a 10-minute transaction, into a few hours to complete.
- Did you know that your chosen network to send the deposit can be slower relative to others? Cryptocurrency deposit speeds vary simply due to the chosen network it is being sent over. For example, Bitcoin (BTC) transactions sent over the BEP-20 network are generally much faster on average than an identical Bitcoin transaction sent over the native BTC network.
- Your deposit has yet to meet the required number of confirmations on the blockchain. The number of confirmations Ndax requires for our listed cryptocurrencies varies for each asset listed. You may check how fast your transaction is being confirmed with a blockchain explorer, such as Etherscan.io (for transactions using the ERC-20 network), and Bscscan.io (for transactions using the BEP-20 network).
- Your cryptocurrency deposit was sent using an unsupported network. Please fill out the missing deposit form . For more information on supported blockchain networks, please see Blockchain Networks Supported By Ndax.
- The cryptocurrency being deposited is not listed on our platform. For the updated list of cryptocurrencies that are supported by us, please go to the Ndax Wallet tab. If you sent cryptocurrency to a Ndax address, please fill out the missing deposit form from your wallet page.
- Your sending wallet did not send the deposit yet. To check for this, please check to see if a “transaction hash” or “TxID” was generated by your sending wallet. Enter this transaction hash into a blockchain explorer to see if it has been successfully sent and received.
- Your cryptocurrency deposit is under manual review and requires further processing. Please contact our support team at [email protected] for more information.
