How Verification Works

Once you submit your personal information and ID, Ndax reviews your documents. Most accounts are verified automatically. However, manual review may be required if:

  • Additional identity confirmation is needed
  • Submitted documents require further verification
  • Additional information is needed to meet compliance requirements 
If Additional Information Is Requested

In some cases, the compliance team may reach out for more documentation. If this happens:

  • You'll receive instructions by email
  • You may be asked to submit additional documents
  • Your verification timeline may be extended until the information is provided

⚠️ Important: Failing to provide the requested information may prevent your account from being verified. 

If Verification Is Taking Longer Than Expected
