Once your 2FA reset video is submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team as soon as possible. Our team tries to complete all 2FA reset requests within 24 hours or less.

Once your 2FA reset video is approved, you will be sent an email with a link to complete the request. Once you click the link in that email, you will be asked to enter your phone number and enter a 6-digit code sent to you via SMS. After this step, your 2FA will be disabled.
