Before you deposit
  • Verify your account and turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). You need both to deposit any funds. 2FA helps keep your account and funds safe.
  • Send from an account in your own name. Deposits from someone else's account may be delayed or rejected. See Can I deposit from a joint, business, or someone else's account?
  • Use a Canadian bank. Ndax doesn't accept deposits from banks outside Canada.

Note

Ndax will never ask you to send crypto or money to "verify" or "secure" your account. Only use the deposit details shown in your own Ndax account.
